Making  the first contact can be both difficult and  stressful. If that is the case for you, you can simply email me with your  name, contact number and the best times for me to call you back. I will then call you as close to those times as I am able. If I call you and someone else answers all I will say is that I am calling for you, that my name is Derek Williams and that you will know what I have called for. No other  information will be given. My rooms are situated in EC1 and W2 and are close to public transport. If you scroll down the screen the addresses are given with location maps and directions.

The rooms are in a building that is walkable from both Paddington Station or Warwick Avenue tube. The address is:

Beauchamp Lodge,
2 Warwick Terrace,
London
W2 6NE
From Paddington Station

From the Paddington main rail station and head for the Hammersmith/City and Circle line tube station at the far end of the station. Turn right just before the tube barriers and ascend the steps to the Canal. If you arrive on the Hammersmith/City and Hammersmith bound Circle line the go through the barriers and turn right, immediately turn left and ascend the steps to the canal. There are signs for Little Venice (pointing left), follow these. Follow the path with the canal on your right hand side, past office blocks on left, past Starbucks on left, past Subway café on your left and past the Nissan building.

Go under the bridge, still following the canal on your right hand side. On
your left there is a wall, above which you will see a five storey Grade II
listed building, painted cream. Just after this, there are some steps which take
you up to ground level.

You will now be facing the opposite direction to the way you've been walking,
and the building on your left is Beauchamp Lodge, 2 Warwick Crescent,
Little Venice, W2 6NE. The building also houses an organisation called CCPE.

From Warwick Avenue Tube Station

Come up from the tube station. Facing away from the church - walk straight
ahead down Warwick Avenue to the traffic lights (Blomfield Road to your right).
Continue walking straight ahead, over the bridge. You will pass a small park on your right.

Follow the road round, keeping the park to your right. You will see a
roundabout to your left (turn right here – still keeping the park on your
right). The first right turning you come to is Warwick Crescent. The large cream
coloured Grade II listed building is Beauchamp Lodge.

The rooms are just a stone throw away from Farringdon station and walking distance from Chancery Lane, Barbican, Angel and Russel Square stations. The
address is:

9 Coldbath
Square
London
EC1R  5HL

Please note that there are two exits from Farringdon Street Station so when you leave the station walk to Farringdon Road and then walk as if you are going to Kings Cross.

Coldbath Square is located as shown on the map above marked with an “A” in a red balloon. Access to the square is via gates (the pedestrian gate is on the left). Go through the gate and follow the path. The door to Number 9 will be on your left, it is the last door on that side of the square. My rooms are on the First Floor so the bell to press in numbered 1 and you will be "buzzed" in.
